Career Readiness Program
About :
Career Readiness Program is a 3 month training program aimed at building essential skills for employability.
The focus is on helping individuals develop skills like Business communication, English, Digital and Financial Literacy, Professional etiquette and work skills. The trainees will be given career counseling and personalized mentoring to excel in their field of career.
Key skills for getting a job like Resume making and Interview preparation will also be focused on. Following the training, the trainees will be helped in getting placements at inclusive companies.
When : October 15 onwards
Where : Batches include:
- Aasra, Delhi (Residential space available for transmen/transmasculine persons)
- Gurukul (Kurla), Mumbai
- Online batch
Who can attend : Willing to commit 4-5 hours a week (Open to transgender persons only)
